You receive your IKEA gift card from Giffy by e-mail. That e-mail contains a card number and a PIN. The card can be used in IKEA stores in the Netherlands and on ikea.nl. It is not valid in IKEA stores outside the Netherlands.
Online: add your items to the basket on ikea.nl, go to checkout and choose the gift card option at the payment step. Enter the card number and PIN. In store: show the e-mail on your phone or a printout at the checkout.
Did you receive a deal code or discount code through your employer's benefits portal (for example Benifex or Benify)? That code only works in the portal's deal shop, where you order your gift card. It does not work on ikea.nl or in an IKEA store, and it will show as invalid or expired there. Use the card number and PIN from the gift card e-mail instead.
