You receive your IKEA gift card from Giffy by e-mail. That e-mail contains a card number and a PIN. The card works in the country of the Giffy store where you chose it: a card from the Dutch store works in IKEA stores in the Netherlands and on ikea.nl, an IKEA DE card in Germany and on ikea.de, an IKEA Sweden card in Sweden and on ikea.se. Not sure which store you used? Look at the link in your Giffy e-mail, or ask us.
Online: add your items to the basket on the IKEA website of that country, go to checkout and choose the gift card option at the payment step. Enter the card number and PIN. In store: show the e-mail on your phone or a printout at the checkout.
Did you receive a deal code or discount code through your employer's benefits portal (for example Benifex or Benify)? That code only works in the portal's deal shop, where you order your gift card. It does not work on ikea.nl or in an IKEA store, and it will show as invalid or expired there. Use the card number and PIN from the gift card e-mail instead.
