You receive your bol.com gift card by e-mail. That e-mail contains a 19-digit card number starting with 6064 3636 and a PIN. This is a different code from your Giffy code, which starts with 6064 36. Your Giffy code does not work on bol.com and your bol.com code does not work in the Giffy store.
How to use the gift card:
Step 1: Go to bol.com or open the bol app and add your items to the basket.
Step 2: Go to checkout. At the payment step, choose the option to use a gift card.
Step 3: Enter the card number and PIN without spaces and confirm. The amount is deducted from your total. If your order costs more, you pay the rest with another payment method. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card.
Note: saving the balance to your bol account ('Saldo bewaren in mijn bol') sometimes gives a technical error. In that case, use the code directly at checkout of an order.
Code not working? Check that you are using the 19-digit card number and PIN from the bol.com e-mail, not your Giffy code. If it still does not work, send us your Giffy code and the e-mail address you received the gift card on via [email protected] and we will check it for you.
