Did you receive a gift card by e-mail from a Giffy partner such as Etos or Kaartje2go? Then the card number and PIN in that e-mail are your gift card. You do not need to unlock it, activate it or exchange it in the Giffy store first. That step only applies to Giffy codes, which start with 6064 3648 or 6064 3651.
Use the card number and PIN directly at the partner: at checkout in the web shop, or at the till in the store by showing the e-mail on your phone or a printout.
