Getting a message that your Giffy code is invalid? Then check the following.
Number of digits. A Giffy code has exactly 19 digits and starts with 6064 36.
Pre-filled digits. In the Giffy Store the first 8 digits are already in the field. Only type the last 11 digits; if you type the whole code, it gets cut off.
Bol card. Does your number start with 6064 3636? Then it is not a Giffy code but already your bol.com gift card. You use it directly at checkout on bol.com.
PIN. Check that you copied the PIN correctly.
Already used or expired. If the code has already been redeemed, you usually see the message "Card Balance is Zero". A Giffy code is valid for 24 months.
