Is the gift card you received through Giffy not working at the retailer? Check these points first.
Are you using the card number and PIN from the e-mail with your gift card? Your Giffy code (19 digits, starting with 6064 36) only works in the Giffy Store, not at the retailer itself.
Are you entering the details in the gift card or voucher option, and not in a discount code field?
PlayStation and Nintendo: only use the PIN. Thuisbezorgd: enter cardcode#pin under Vouchers. Zalando: only valid for fashion. Bol: your card number starts with 6064 3636, use it at checkout on bol.com.
Some cards only work in the Netherlands, such as H&M Nederland.
