You receive your Zalando gift card from Giffy by e-mail with a gift voucher code. Please note: Zalando gift cards can only be used for fashion items such as clothing, shoes and accessories. They do not work for other product categories on Zalando, for example beauty, home or gift cards. For those items Zalando shows the message that the code is not in use or not valid.
Step 1: Go to zalando.nl or open the Zalando app.
Step 2: Log in to My Zalando and enter the gift voucher code under My gift vouchers. The credit is then linked to your account and used automatically at checkout.
Step 3: You can also enter the code in the final step of the ordering process, in the field for a discount code or gift voucher, and press Use.
Code not working? Check that your basket only contains fashion items and that you entered the code without spaces. If it still does not work, send us your Giffy code and the e-mail address you received the gift card on via [email protected] and we will check it for you.
