No problem, this happens regularly and we can fix it. A mistyped extension such as .con instead of .com is by far the most common one.
What we need from you
Your 19-digit Giffy code, starting with 6064 36. That lets us find your order straight away.
The correct e-mail address the gift card should go to.
Send those two through the chat on our website or to [email protected]. We will then resend the gift card to the right address. You do not need to order again and your balance is not lost.
If you have not redeemed the card at all yet, please mention that. In that case we can sometimes issue you a new Giffy code.
