Your Giffy code belongs to a currency and to the store of the country it was issued for. A code in euros is used in a euro store; a code in another currency only in the store of that currency. You cannot switch country in the store yourself.
Brand gift cards also only work in the country where they were issued. An IKEA gift card you choose in the Dutch store can only be used in the Netherlands; a Belgian IKEA card only in Belgium. The same applies to H&M Nederland, and Kaartje2go codes only work in the Netherlands. Do you live in Belgium? Then check carefully whether the card you choose can be used there.
