Anyone with your Giffy code and PIN can redeem your balance. So keep them safe and only share them with someone you want to give the gift to.
Do you think someone else has your code or has used it? Contact us as soon as possible through the chat or [email protected] and include your 19-digit Giffy code. We will check whether and when the code was used and what we can do for you. If someone else has already redeemed the balance, we unfortunately cannot promise that we can get it back.
