You can find your Giffy code and PIN in different places, depending on how you received your gift.
E-mail: you received an e-mail from Giffy, your employer or another organisation saying you have received a gift, reward or incentive. Your Giffy code and PIN are in that e-mail.
Physical: did you receive a card, voucher or sticker? Then your Giffy code and PIN are printed on it.
Text message or WhatsApp: did you receive your gift by text message or WhatsApp? Then your Giffy code and PIN are in the message.
Can't find your code anymore? Search your mailbox for the name of the sender, for example your employer, and check your spam folder too. Still no luck? Let us know whether you received the code by e-mail or on a card and on which e-mail address, and we will look into it with you.
