How do I file a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. We will provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If, as a consumer, you do not agree with the proposed solution or if we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

For both consumers and business customers, if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, you can also submit it for mediation to Thuiswinkel: consumers can do so via www.sgc.nl, and business customers can do so via www.thuiswinkel.org.
